Practice the process

Keeping desired results in mind is important to hold us on track. 

But we can not lose sight of the process we need to go through as we work toward those desired results. 

Today, I would like you to practice that process.  
1) look back at yesterday's goals.  
2) For each one, answer the following questions.  (Make a heading for Monday's Professional Goal, and one for Monday's Personal Goal)
----Did I accomplish this goal?
----If not, what were the obstacles that got in my way?  How can I do to overcome those today?
----If so, what things did I do that made this likely to occur?

Then write a new goal for today (Tuesday the 16th).
