Argue what you will, but we have the ability to train new pathways in our brains.  

For today, you are going to get a slip of paper that is your reminder.  Write your reminder of the pathway that you are going to develop today.  

What are you going to tell yourself, that will put you in a position to have a good day today?

Keep that with you today, and when you see it or feel it in your pocket, or think about it, remember what you are telling yourself today, and how you are making your sphere of the world a little better with your thoughts.
